Dryanovo, Bulgaria: One of the most beloved Bulgarian groups – B. T. R., will delight all residents and guests of Dryanovo with a concert on October 21, 2023 (Saturday).
Then will be the culmination of the program for the city holiday, which will begin with a grand opening on Petkovden – October 14. The rock stars’ concert will start at 6:30 pm in the square “The Largoto”. Local talents will appear on stage before them.
This year, the band celebrates 30 years on stage, and each of their participation is even more special. For those three decades B. T. R. they have released 13 albums, performed hundreds of concerts in the country and abroad, and many of their songs have become an integral part of the treasury of Bulgarian music and have been sung for generations.
Current lineup: Atanas Penev – vocals, Slavcho Nikolov – guitars and vocals, Ivan Kalfov – bass guitar and vocals, and Iliyan Dikov – drums, B. T. R. has established itself as one of the most essential rock groups in Bulgaria and has earned the respect of colleagues and the love of loyal fans, which continue to grow.
B. T. R. has performed on stage with legendary musicians and bands such as Deep Purple, Whitesnake, Scorpions, Ronnie James Dio – Heaven and Hell, Nazareth, Motorhead, Europe, Accept, Gamma Ray, Michael Schenker Group, Iron Maiden, etc.
The week from October 14 to 21 in Dryanovo will be full of events, including concerts, exhibitions, literary readings, hiking trips, “In the Kingdom of Wild Cycles” games and creative workshops for children.
Guests of Dryanovo will have more reasons to stay in the area besides viewing the architectural heritage of Master Kolyu Ficheto, the Dryanovo Monastery “St. Archangel Michael”, Bacho Kiro Cave and other sights.
