Dryanovo, Bulgaria: In connection with the implementation of the Capital Program of the Municipality of Dryanovo for 2023, the recently begun repair of the parking lot located at the intersection between the streets “Captain Raicho” and “Stancionna” (under the Post Station – Dryanovo), now has new asphalt flooring.
The work on the pavement in the “Boyuv Yaz” neighbourhood, leading to the residential neighbourhoods “Apriltsi” and “Success”, was completed. A new railing has also been installed. Repair the pavement on the other side.
The repair of the changing rooms to the Lokomotiv Stadium pool ends. Within a week, the collection will be open for visitors. After the renovation and restoration of the roof of the Cultural Center last year, the entire facade of the building has already been renovated.
On Thursday, July 20, 2023, on the initiative of the management of the Municipality of Dryanovo, more efforts were made to clean and enrich the villages in the municipality in the summer. There they carried out significant activities of clearing the land in the population, as well as the signals and wishes of the local people regarding problems of this nature.
Additionally, at the initiative of Mr Dobrin Chailev, owner of the Kuman Meeting Guest House, the information sign on the Kuman Ecopath was replaced. The path represents an old Kolar road connecting AIR Bozhentsi with the village—the Kumans. Every year, the marking is repainted, the plates are checked and if they need to be replaced.
This year, in addition to representatives of the Municipality of Dryanovo, blind people from the Territorial Organization of the Blind in Bulgaria – Dryanovo Branch also participated in the change. The sign is located in the land of the village. The Kumans. They wanted to join the initiative because large stickers were placed on the sign with text written in Braille to help blind tourists.
