The Police once again caught illegal migrants in the different regions of the capital, Sofia, in the past 24 hours. Nowadays, the Police are on high alert after the recent incident in Burgas. Some illegal migrants are also caught in Bistrica.
The refugees split themselves into a small group of two or three people and roam in different regions of the capital (Sofia). The Police have taken severe measures against increasing illegal migration every day and captured many who are illegally living in the provinces of Bulgaria.
Recently, a bus with illegal migrants who didn’t stop at border checkpoints ran over a police car that tried to stop the bus. Two Policemen were killed in this incident. Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Demerdzhiev consider this incident an attack on Bulgaria by illegal migrants whose main objective is to disturb peace in Bulgarian states.
Due to the continuous rise in the activities of illegal migrants, Bulgaria decided to involve the military to take care of the situation. Security around the borders is tightened to reduce the migrant flow.
Sofia Police is on full alert after more illegal migrants got captured in the recent 24 hours. Sofia Police are searching for evidence of where these migrants stayed to capture their fellows or other individuals who were connected with them.
Most of the traffickers practise and abandon illegal migrants are seen on the Thrace highway near the capital. The Police increased their units around this region.
Since the ministry of internal affairs himself carried out operations in the country, various foreign citizens who settled as migrants in Bulgaria are trying to leave Bulgaria and heading in the direction of western Europe. It looks like countries situated in western Europe also had to face the same problem that Bulgaria is facing now.
