Castries, Saint Lucia: Ernest Hilaire, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism of Saint Lucia, attended the ‘Blaze In Blue’ celebration hosted by Saint Lucia Tourism Ministry on World Tourism Day.

DPM and Tourism Minister Hilaire appreciated every individual working hard to grow the country’s tourism sector. He said, “As Minister, I want to say thank you to all involved in the industry, as your hard work is what continues to make Saint Lucia the island to visit”.

On September 27, 2023, the Saint Lucia Tourism Ministry celebrated World Tourism Day and performed a cake-cutting ceremony with several employees present. Deputy PM Ernest Hilaire also joined the ‘Blaze in Blue’ celebration hosted by the Tourism Ministry of Saint Lucia.

He emphasized that as a result of your outstanding contributions to the sector, Saint Lucia has been named the Caribbean’s Leading Honeymoon destination for the fourteenth time, the Caribbean’s Leading Adventure destination for a second time and for the first time, the Caribbean’s Leading Nature Destination.

“The destination would not be as successful and highly demanded if it wasn’t for you”, said DPM and Tourism Minister Ernest Hilaire.
