Gabrovo, Bulgaria: On the occasion of November 1 – Day of People’s Awakening Regional Library “Aprilov-Palauzov” makes a gift to readers – a free registration for library services for all Gabrovo residents who want to have access to its rich funds, collections and information resources in all areas of knowledge.
Small and large Gabrovo residents who do not have library reader cards, as well as those readers whose registration expired before October 31, 2023, can take advantage of the opportunity to register.
Free cards will not be issued to users of RB “Aprilov-Palauzov” who have obligations to the library.
At registration, identity documents for adults and for children and students, student card and/or parent/guardian ID card and a supplemented declaration in accordance with European Parliament Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of April 27 2016 and the Law on Protection of Personal Data.
Cards are issued at the Registration and Information counter in the central library building from 9.00 to 6.30 pm. only on November 1, 2023
Reading cards for children and teenagers up to 14 years old – in the Children’s Department, which is located in the building of the National Community Center “Aprilov – Palauzov” (Theater) from 9.00 to 5.30 pm. only on November 1, 2023
