Castries, Saint Lucia: Ernest Hilaire, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism revealed the 2023 Domino competition schedule in Castries constituency. 

He invited every citizen to participate in the competition and register their names for the next round set to take place on October 7, 2023, at Cemetry. The 2023 free hand, Domino competition registration is open with a fee of 5$.

The first Domino competition was held on September 30, 2023. The matches will continue until November 18, 2023. There are seven rounds in this competition, each of which will take place once a week. 

DPM Hilaire mentioned that the beginning of Domino Competition 2023 was a hectic period in the Castries South Constituency. 

On Saturday, September 30, the activities included hosting the dominoes competition, Jounen Kweyol, ciceron football league, black cake and sorrel competition, red door competition, Solo night, kids Christmas parties, elderly hamper distribution, and food voucher distribution. 

Deputy PM Ernest Hilaire publicized the Domino Competition schedule on his official Facebook account. Revealing further details, he mentioned that every contest will take place in evening at 6:30 PM with food and drinks on sale.

The Tourism Minister of Saint Lucia emphasizes that cash prizes will be given to the top three ranks. The competitor finishing at number one will receive a cash prize of $ 800; the second prize- is $ 500, and the third prize is $ 300. 

He suggested to the residents of Castries that it’s a significant opportunity to show your talent and win a cash prize. The registration fee to participate in this competition is just 5$. 

Minister Hilaire highlighted that it is always hectic and intense but the most exciting period. The Tourism Minister emphasizes that he looks forward to the support of all constituents as the government of Saint Lucia is working to make Castries South a better place to live, work and play.
