Among the interesting exhibits was the car of the beloved cartoon character Fred Flinstone. The eye-catching vehicle was parked proudly next to precious models created a century ago and continues to be unique jewels in their owners’ car parks and homes.

He stated that this year, among the participants, there are Englishmen with four cars: “Lincoln”, “Corvette”, and more. The event is implemented with the support of the Municipality of Dobrich and partners of the Dobrich Auto-Moto Club. The best were distinguished with beautiful cups, and the cars participated in the Retro Parade in Dobrich.

Yordanov explained that the Flintstone car is the property of Yordanka Gospodova of Panagyurishte, and a year of production was recorded in the year when the movie was created – 1959.

Peter Georgiev shared that 147 cars and motorcycles from all over the country are participating in this year’s edition of the Retro Parade. Not only Bulgarian but also German, English, Russian and Polish were heard among the visitors.

A large part of tourists at neighbouring resorts today attended the event along with locals. 1929 Chevrolet International car attracted interest, owned by Petar Petrov of the Dobrički Auto Club. Yordanov highlighted that he got an opportunity to get on board in a beautiful vintage car. He called it a time machine and enjoyed it a lot.
