The district manager Engr. Maria Basheva – Venkova officially took office today. The succession ceremony occurred in the Boardroom of the Regional Administration – Gabrovo. The so-far-acting regional governor Christina Sidorova handed over the symbol of statehood – a bronze lion made by Gabrovo sculptor Adrian Novakov, to her newly-appointed colleague.
Sidorova thanks the Regional Administration team for what has been achieved so far and to Deputy Regional Governor Andrei Nikolov, who was dismissed today.
