The Municipality of Haskovo has announced a public tender for the replacement of solid fuel heaters with air conditioners and modern heating systems.

The Municipality submitted a project proposal, “Improvement of Atmospheric Air Quality in the Municipality of Haskovo”. The project is funded under the Cleaner Air Procedure under the Environment Program 2021-2027.

The overall goal of the project is to improve the quality of atmospheric air in Haskovo Municipality by reducing the emissions of FCH10 /fine dust particles / from household heating as one of the primary sources of air pollution.

The specific goal of the project is to replace household heating devices that use solid fuel heaters (wood and coal) by replacing alternative, high-efficiency modern ones.

The execution of the specific goal of the project corresponds to the Complex Program of the Municipality of Haskovo for reducing the levels of fine particles (PHP10) and polycyclic aromatic hydrogen carbons (PAV) in the atmospheric air and achieving the established standards for harmful substances in the atmospheres of the Municipality of Haskovo for the period 2021 – 2024.

In order to achieve the strategic goal of cleaner air in Haskovo, the Municipality of Haskovo has announced a public tender with the subject “Supply, installation, commissioning and warranty service of domestic heating devices at specific positions”.

Estimated quantities are as follows:
Special position 1: “Supply, installation, commissioning and warranty service of domestic heating air conditioners and domestic heating devices – heat pumps split system “air-water”: 9904 units of inverter air-conditioners and 19 units of heat pump split systems “air-water”.

Special position 2: “Supply, installation, commissioning and warranty maintenance of pellet and radiator domestic heating devices”: 116 hot-air pellet fireplaces with closed fuel chambers, 25 water-range pellet fireplaces, along with 58 pellet boilers; 408 steel panel radiators.

In addition to delivery, the order includes testing and putting into operation the delivered devices; instructing end recipients for proper operation and maintenance; transferring to end recipients all documentation accompanying the installed devices, warranty service and delivery of necessary parts and materials within the warranty period.

The quantities indicated are predictable, and they may change depending on the needs of the taxor, according to the applications submitted.
