A lifeguard died yesterday while saving two women in “Sunny Beach” located in Burgas. The Burgas regional directorate of the police confirmed the given information.
The large waves carried the women in as they entered the water. To assist, the on-duty lifeguards arrived. A 69-year-old guy was able to transport them to safety and deliver them to his coworkers, but he immediately passed away from a heart attack.
The women the lifeguard rescued from “Sunny beach” were pulled out of the water four times. Her disobedience and ignorance of guidelines resulted in the death of a lifeguard.
The director of “Water Rescue” at “Sunny Beach” beach is Ivan Georgiev. He claimed that the women whose silliness caused the lifeguard’s death were four times responsible for creating the right circumstances for an accident. He contended that the deceased’s coworkers had dragged them out of the sea forcibly multiple times. They are both foreign-born women.
Ivan Georgiev said that almost fifty lifeguards had taken responsibility for securing the central beach in the Black Sea resort during the ongoing season. Now, there were only thirty left. According to him, The tourists’ disobedience was one of the critical causes of the tragic incident. The non-cooperative behaviour of tourists caused a tragic loss yesterday.
The most popular and frequented tourist destinations are beaches and the ocean. Many visit beaches to take in their stunning views and delve into the depths of water. The beach is among nature’s most breathtaking masterpieces.
