Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: Terrance Drew, Prime minister of StĀ Kitts and Nevis, posted a few pictures from the Keys Community Wellness Walk on his social media accounts.
The morning of Whit Monday, a holiday in the twin island federation, was when the wellness walk occurred. According to the prime minister, the Key’s Community Improvement Club’s weekly Monday health walk is the ideal way to start the week.
The Key’s Community Improvement Club organized the campaign, and the neighbourhood residents participated in huge numbers.
The community members were also joined in this endeavour by the nation’s prime minister Drew, a former physician in practice, is aware of the value of physical activity. He is mindful of the significance of constantly planning these activities.
Terrance Drew took the chance to support the Keys Community health walk. The prime minister posted several photos from the occasion on his social media accounts.
At the Keys Community Centre, brunch was served to all attendees prior to the ceremony. The prime minister announced that the key community centre will serve as the starting point for the Keys Community Improvement Community Whit Monday Health Walk.
On May 28, 2023, the fifty-fifth day following Easter or the seventh Sunday following the Easter festival, the nation observed Pentecost. The May 29 health walk began at 6:00 AM and went on forever. Community members seized the chance to band together to advance the cause of healthcare.
All of the participants in the health walk made their way through the route and travelled to the Keys neighbourhood’s terminus. They also snapped a number of photos of the beautiful scene that awaited them when their excursion concluded. While this was going on, PM Drew joined the community members for the health walk.
