Bulgaria witnesses 777 new COVID cases in past 24 hours

Covid-19 is still rising In Bulgaria. According to the new data, almost 777 new confirmed cases have been recorded in the past 24 hours. Three patients lost their lives who recently tested positive for coronavirus

Bulgaria records new 246 COVID cases in 24 hours

Along with these cases, during the last 24 hours, a total of eight (8) COVID patients lost their lives to the deadliest mutant. This brings the overall death rate of Bulgaria to 37,204.

These fresh COVID-19 cases have been detected from the additional 2840 tests conducted during the last 24 hours by the healthcare facilities at the testing centres. The positivity rate of the new COVID19 cases computes for around 4%, the official data further adds.

Additional 1,720 COVID cases recorded in Bulgaria

The European nation recorded a total of 1,720 additional COVID-19 cases of the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours, as of March 18, 2022.

2393 individuals tests COVID positive in Bulgaria, while 34 dies

Among new deaths, around 91.18% belonged to the category of unvaccinated individuals.
