The students will have access to learn with two types of robots – Ozobot Bit + and RVR Robot. Ozobot Bit+ is one of the most miniature robots in the world, with a diameter of 2.54 cm.

It finds application at all levels of the educational system to build skills in students to code and develop creative and logical thinking. This robot enables programming without a computer by drawing colour codes on paper and the ability to manage block programming.

Mayor Nikolov further remarked that RVR Robot is equipped with an extra set of Micro: bit board and electronic components so that students can create engineering projects such as soil moisture, temperature, etc.

RVR Robot is multifunctional, with a number of advantages, such as connecting a phone, tablet or computer to a programmable environment and being able to program in different environments and at different learning levels.

To maximize the capacity of the two types of learning robots, specialized educational content has already been developed to integrate them into the learning process /regular classes and activities of interest/, and teachers have been provided training to work with them.

Mayor Nikolov believes that introducing learning robots to grades 3 and 4 students will lead to building digital skills, mathematical and language skills, building cross-curricular relationships, and developing team skills.

He wished every student good luck and healthy health to ensure that Burgas Municipality would be a new school year and that Burgas Municipality will deliver more innovative developments to provide better education to the children.
