On International Youth Day – August 12, Gabrovo will gather for the seventh time in a row professionals, enthusiasts, athletes, amateurs, and curious, young and old, in the Zumba Marathon – “Gabrovo laughs, Long live Zumba.
His initiator and organizer is Gabrov Filip Petrov, who, although living in Germany for years, returns to his hometown every year to do the traditional Zumba Fitness Marathon.
Filip is one of the people who doesn’t like to talk much about himself, but he shares that his dream is to do something for Gabrovo that is recognizable and attracts people from different places, and this has been happening for the seventh year in a row, and in a beautiful way – with music, sports and dance.
The current edition promises two hours full of emotion and great mood and invites anyone who feels Gabrovian in soul and heart to join the square on Saturday at 5:30 pm. Twenty-six licensed Zumba instructors have been registered nationwide, including those from Germany and Cuba this year.
The marathon “Gabrovo laughs, long live Zumba! “ is organized with the exceptional support of the Municipality of Gabrovo. Additionally, they also announced an open tender for lease on the part of land representing three places /positions 1, 2 and 3 /unblock /, for the placement of movable objects:
“Electric Vehicle Charging Station / EPS” each with an area of 1.5 sq.m. m. and the area of two parking spaces immediately next to each of the columns (up to 30 sq.m. m. ), necessary for their functioning, located on the territory of the city.
