Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: Terrance Drew, Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, announced the route of community Walkthrough to celebrate the 1st anniversary of the governance of the St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party.

Prime Minister and Minister of Health of the twin island federation announced this through his official Facebook account. They invited the residents to join them in a Community walkthrough tomorrow, August 5, 2023. The walk will begin early morning at 5 AM.

PM Drew urged the residents of St Kitts and Nevis to gather at Ponds Pasture near the C A Paul Southwell Bust and walk along Bay Road, from where the march will begin.

Then, turning right at Fort Street and left on Central Street. He explained that the march would go along Central Street to 5 Ways and turn right on Cunningham Street until Burdon Street. From there, another will turn to the left on Cayon Street. The walk will end at the Constituency 3 Office.

The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis requested all the citizens to come and march together, making this celebration a joyful and memorable moment. He said, “We hope to see you there”.

Minister Drew thanked the citizens of St Kitts and Nevis for joining them during the 1-year progress celebration on August 1, 2023. During the meeting, he announced the community walkthrough and invited the citizens to join the August 5 march starting at 5 AM. The walk will end at Constituency Office.

He mentioned that SKNLP had made tremendous development in their 1st year of governance, which was made possible by the continuous support provided by residents of St Kitts and Nevis.

The SKNLP has made keen developments in their first year of governance, such as infrastructure development, boosting medical facilities, employment opportunities and enhanced accessibilities.

PM Drew ensured that the government of St Kitts and Nevis will continue to work for the welfare of St Kitts and Nevis and give their 100% to fulfil every need of the citizens, ‘transforming St Kitts and Nevis for Brighter tomorrow’.
