Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: PM Terrance Drew, Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, yesterday invited the citizens to celebrate the first anniversary of St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party. The government will complete its first year of governance on August 5 2023.
To celebrate the accomplishment, Minister Drew yesterday organized a celebration at National Town Hall and highlighted the achievements and success of the administration they achieved in the first year.
On his social media account, Minister Drew wrote, “August 5 marks a significant milestone as we commemorate the first anniversary of the St Kitts-Nevis Labour Party’s governance”.
He also publicized the schedule of the events organized to celebrate first anniversary of SKNLP Governance which is mentioned below-
- August 3: CONSTITUENCY DAY (All branches open for 1 on 1)
- August 4: AFTER WORK ON DE BLOCK LIME (C8 Constituency Office 4 PM-10 PM)
- August 5: COMMUNITY WALK THROUGH, starts at C1 Constituency Office at 5 AM. Ends at C3 Office with fundraiser breakfast
Minister Drew added that over the past year, the government has been committed to fostering positive change, building a stronger nation, and empowering the citizens for a brighter future.
PM Drew thanked all the citizens of Twin Island Federation for supporting St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party and offering them an opportunity to serve the nation.
He said, “As we celebrate this momentous occasion, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens for your unwavering support and trust in our vision. We shall continue to work tirelessly to build a stronger, more prosperous, and inclusive nation for all”.
PM Drew mentioned that first year of governance of SKNLP went sensational with the assistance of their colleagues and support from the residents of St Kitts and Nevis.
He underlined that SKNLP is keenly focused towards the development of St Kitts and Nevis and its citizens for the upcoming years. Prime Minister Drew ensured that the island will march towards progress and positive change under the guidance of the St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party Government.
