After the transition to Bratanitsa on April 1, 40 people were not worried about the rainy weather today and took part in the hike along the village of Kumanite – Bozhentsi – Tryavna route. There were people from Plovdiv, Ruse, Stara Zagora, Kazanlak, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Dryanovo, Sofia and more.
With a warm cake and homemade juice, the group of the owner of the house, “Kuman Meeting”, which marked the route 15 years ago. Some additional new signs were installed during today’s transition.
Kumanite is a beautiful village with well-preserved Renaissance houses and calm and clean air. It is picturesquely located among the heights of Stara Planina. The Municipality of Dryanovo also highlighted that they had won funding for the overall rehabilitation of the road to the village, and repair activities are due to begin.
Dryanovo Municipality, Mad Bears STD and Kuman Meeting House organized the event.
Despite the rainy weather and muddy surface, numerous people from different regions participated in this hiking on Stara Planina. The municipality of Dryanovo emphasized that the event was organized to make people aware of their health and encourage them to participate in physical activities.
