PM J. Pierre discussed the threats of climate change on Saint Lucia and other Caribbean states. He discussed severe strategies to tackle the effects of Climate change and make the island safe to live in.

He mentioned that Saint Lucia, along with Small Island Developing States (SIDS), faces life-threatening situations due to climate change, and it’s essential to launch an alternative as soon as possible.

Among the attendees were Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan, the Saudi Ambassador to the United States of America, and Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Wasil, the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom to the United Nations.
