Roseau, Dominica: From July 12 to July 16 – 2023, Dominica will host the first test match of India’s tour of the West Indies test series. The game is scheduled to take place at Windsor Park Stadium. After 12 years, Dominica has again welcomed the Indian men’s cricket team at Nature Island of the Caribbean.
Since the Citizenship by Investment Programme (CBI) launched in Dominica in 1993, the island country has made rapid developments and finished a number of improvements, which have attracted HNWIs and other international organizations to organize sports and entertainment events benefiting the locals by creating numerous employment opportunities.

The Men in Blue arrived in Dominica on July 7 and started a three-day training camp to prepare for their first test match at Windsor Park Stadium. They received a warm welcome from Dominican Tourism Ministry on their arrival after 12 long years.
Under the CBI Programme, the sports facilities of Dominica were upgraded, making it capable of hosting international sporting events. It has a 12000-seat capacity, five cricket pitches, a media centre, practice nets, a players’ personality complex, and private boxes.
