Pamporovo Ski Resort Welcomes Fresh Snowfall, Extends Season Amid Promotional Offers

Amidst the picturesque landscape of the Rhodope Mountains, Pamporovo Ski Resort has been rejuvenated by a fresh layer of snow, offering enthusiasts an extended opportunity to carve through pristine slopes. 

With the latest snow cover reaching approximately 20 cm, skiing conditions are reported to be excellent, prompting the Mountain Rescue Service to confirm the opening of 12 slopes for eager skiers and snowboarders alike.

The recent snowfall comes as a welcomed relief after intermittent rains in the region over the past few days. 

Pamporovo JSC, the managing company of the resort, has expressed optimism regarding the continuation of the ski season until at least April 7. 

However, the definitive closure date remains contingent upon prevailing weather conditions, with the company closely monitoring snow maintenance to ensure optimal skiing experiences.

“Despite the fluctuations in weather patterns, we are committed to providing an exceptional skiing experience for our visitors,” stated a representative from Pamporovo JSC.

“Our priority remains the safety and enjoyment of guests, and we will continue to assess conditions to prolong the season whenever feasible.”

With the anticipation of attracting vacationers during the upcoming April holidays, Pamporovo JSC has retained promotional prices for lift tickets and hotel services at their renowned accommodations, “Perelik” and “Orlovets.” 

This initiative aims to make the resort accessible to a diverse range of visitors, fostering a spirit of inclusivity and adventure in the winter wonderland of Pamporovo.

A daily lift ticket for adult skiers aged 22 to 65 is BGN 75, while individuals above 65 and youth can avail themselves of discounted rates at BGN 59. 

Children aged seven to 12 can enjoy the slopes for BGN 45 per day, encouraging families to embark on memorable skiing excursions together.

The extension of the ski season, coupled with promotional offers, underscores Pamporovo’s commitment to ensuring affordability and accessibility without compromising on quality.
