Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: ‘Terrance Drew‘, Prime Minister and Minister of Health of St Kitts and Nevis, informed through his social media account that yesterday he went to support football team ‘Cayon Rockets’ during their match with ‘Old Road’.

The match ended as a victory for Old Road after an astonishing goal scored by Old Road’s player in the 77th minute of the game. PM Drew congratulated Club ‘Old Road’ for their victory and encouraged his home team ‘The Rockets’ to stay focused and strongly come back in their next game.

The match is a part of the SKNFA Premier League – Championship Round. On Point table, the Cayon Rockets ranks fifth, and Old Road ranks 1st, gaining two points with yesterday’s triumph.

PM drew highlighted that after the match, he went out again to show his support for Island Auto Conaree FC. The club appreciated generous contribution of PM Terrance Drew towards the team as they participated in the Super Six Playoffs.

After the match, PM Drew congratulated club ‘Old Road’ for the victory and encouraged his home team ‘Cayon Rockets’ for their upcoming games. He mentioned that both teams played well and presented an entertaining Football game.

Flow 4G Cayon Rockets, usually called ‘Cayon Rockets’, the team PM Terrance Drew was supporting during yesterday’s match, delivered a challenging game to Old Road.

Their passing and ball possession was better than ‘Old Road’. They had a ball possession rate of 52% compared to the opponent team’s 48%. Both teams took three corners. In 77th minute, the referee awarded Old Road with a penalty.

They astonishingly took the opportunity and scored a match-winning goal. After the final whistle, the match official declared Old Road Jets the winner.

With yesterday’s victory, Old Road Jets moved to the top of point table of St Kitts and Nevis Premier League. Flow 4G Cayon Rockets ranks fifth.
