Regional Administration-Gabrovo received a certificate for support and partnership in our country’s most prominent volunteer initiative, organized by BTV.

The institution’s team personally participated in the first edition in 2012, when it cleaned the surroundings of the Hristo Smirnenski Dam. Over the years, the Regional Administration-Gabrovo has helped implement the initiative, in which all four regional municipalities have participated.

The MOF received a unique distinction for its annual support of the campaign. “One day, we will keep this country clean together instead of having to clean it together.” The Minister of the Environment and Water, Julian Popov, expressed this confidence.

The Metropolitan Municipality also received a plaque for the first separate collection initiative within the initiative in 2022. For their achievements in the 10th edition of the campaign, the regions of Ruse, Burgas and Varna were distinguished, where the number of volunteers was the highest, and the cleanest places were in the districts of Pazardzhik, Vratsa and Vidin.
