The festival’s main concerts will be held at the “House of Neftohimika” and the National School of Music and Performing Arts (NUMSI) “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov,” showcasing an array of performances that blend tradition with innovation.

The event officially kicks off on May 16 with an exceptional recital featuring Turkish flutists Duru Küçükköşker and Ali Erkekli, accompanied by pianist Çan Erkekli.

Their virtuoso performance promises to captivate the audience with a masterful display of skill and emotion.

On May 17, students from NUMSI “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov” will take center stage with the concert “Villa la Musica.” The program will feature classical works presented in unique arrangements, designed to offer fresh interpretations of familiar compositions.

This performance aims to introduce audiences to new dimensions of classical music through an unconventional approach.

The festival’s grand finale on May 18 will be marked by a special author’s concert dedicated to children’s music by Prof. Borislava Taneva.

This concert will highlight the festival’s commitment to engaging younger audiences and nurturing future generations of classical musicians.

Beyond its concert lineup, the festival will also offer an educational component. From May 12 to 14, distinguished Turkish flutist Prof. Ayla Uludere will lead a flute master class, providing invaluable training to young musicians.

The master class will conclude with a special concert on May 15 at NUMSI “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov,” where participants will have the opportunity to showcase their newly refined skills.

Yosif Spiridonov, Chairman of the “Solinaria” Foundation and Honorary Consul of the Republic of South Korea in Burgas, emphasized the growing significance of the festival.

“The Youth Music Festival ‘SOLiSiMi’ is establishing itself as a cultural hub for young classical musicians with its second edition.

The team at the ‘Solinaria’ Foundation has put together an ambitious program, offering the Burgas audience a unique musical experience while providing a platform for a large number of talented performers,” Spiridonov stated.

The SOLiSiMi Festival is the first of its kind in Bulgaria, dedicated to bridging the gap between young musicians and professional orchestras.

It aims to cultivate emerging talent by giving them the opportunity to perform alongside established musicians, thereby enriching the classical music landscape with fresh perspectives and dynamic performances.

With its diverse program, the second edition of SOLiSiMi is expected to draw music enthusiasts from across the country, reaffirming Burgas’s status as a key cultural destination.

As the festival continues to grow, it is set to become a vital part of Bulgaria’s classical music scene, inspiring both performers and audiences alike.
